Kaaterskill Falls

Journeying to Kaaterskill Falls in the summer unveiled a scene of natural wonder, captured through my lens. From the aerial vantage point of my drone, the cascading waterfalls framed by lush greenery offered a breathtaking perspective of Mother Nature's grandeur. Through long exposures, I sought to immortalize the timeless beauty of the falls, capturing the ethereal flow of water against the backdrop of serene forests. Each photo tells a story of tranquility and majesty, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the mesmerizing allure of Kaaterskill Falls.

Richmond, Virginia

Exploring Richmond, Virginia, was a visual journey of contrasts, captured through my lens. From the vibrant hues of sunset casting a warm glow over the city's skyline to the tranquil beauty of the James River, each moment framed a unique perspective. At night, the cityscape transformed into a tapestry of lights, while the drone soared above, revealing Richmond's nocturnal charm. Through a blend of sunset silhouettes, cityscapes, and aerial views, my photos aim to showcase the dynamic soul of Richmond, encapsulating its essence in every frame.

Tampa Cityscapes

Exploring the vibrant cityscape of Tampa, Florida, under the cloak of night reveals a mesmerizing tapestry of lights and shadows. As dawn breaks, the skyline transforms into a breathtaking canvas, painted with the hues of sunrise, casting an ethereal glow across the horizon. Through the lens of my drone and camera, I captured the city awakening from its slumber, shrouded in a mystical veil of morning fog, unveiling a side of Tampa that's both enchanting and awe-inspiring."

Autumn Abstracts , Ukraine

I love the drone's ability to turn a landscape into an abstract composition. My goal with shots like these is to explore different nuances of nature's beauty from an unexpected perspective. These were taken in the Autumn of 2021 during my drive through the Carpathian Mountains, and are some of my favorite images from the whole trip.

Carpathian Mountains by Air - Part 2

The stretch of the Carpathian Mountains which run through Ukraine looks absolutely incredible in the fall. The drone shots especially highlight the rich color contrasts of the foliage and sky. Seen from the air, the mountains expand out endlessly and disappear into the clouds beyond. The compositions are simple, yet arresting.

Summer Forest

I got out of the city to play with the drone in the dense forests of New York state. The Northeast is known for its colorful fall foliage but possesses a verdant beauty long before Autumn begins. I love the deep blue and green hues punctuated by yellow light reflecting off high points in the landscape. And from the drone's perspective, the images are an interesting mixture of naturalistic and abstract that particularly intrigues me.

Ivano-Frankivsk ,Ukraine

No trip to Ukraine would be complete without a visit to Ivano-Frankivsk. Here are a few of my favorite shots; They're atmospheric, minimalist compositions from the best city on the planet. And I'm not just saying that because it's my hometown...

We need your support. Right now, and for the foreseeable future, all profits from the sale of ANY of my photographic prints will be donated to Ukraine's United24 fund.

I highly recommend something from my Ukrainian collection! Or, you can donate directly to United24.
Thank you.

Amalfi Coast, Italy

The landscape of Italy’s Amalfi Coast is stunningly beautiful, known for its rocky beaches and ancient towns nested high above the coastline. The drone was perfect for capturing all the elements that make this place so special in individual photographs.

Synevyr National Nature Park

One of the most stunning parks in Ukraine is named after its beautiful lake, Synevyr, which is the largest in the Carpathian mountain range. Scientists estimate that the lake is about ten thousand years old. From the ground or the air, the landscape is unforgettable.

Ivano-Frankivsk by Air

The city of Ivano-Frankivisk had a huge impact on me when I was a budding photographer. It was incredibly meaningful to return there, with far more experience, and experiment with the drone. From the air I gained an entirely different perspective of a very familiar place. It was an amazing feeling, and this will definitely not be the last collection of photos with this theme!

Rome, Italy

Rome certainly lives up to its nickname Caput Mundi, meaning “Capital of the World” in Latin. It’s one of the most architecturally diverse cities I’ve ever visited, and its stylistic influence can be felt in other urban centers around the globe.

Iceland by Air

I didn’t think Iceland could get more beautiful until I took a look at the shots from my drone. Seeing a landscape this stunning from the air is downright magical. I’m very excited about how these turned out.

Big Sur

Big Sur lived up to its name... the "Big" part, at least (what exactly is a Sur?). The Pacific Coast Highway winds for miles around massive cliffs, with the sea and sky stretching out endlessly around you. I was particularly impressed by the views at night. Seeing the Milky Way above the waves was absolutely magical.

Golden Gate Bridge

The Golden Gate Bridge is one of the most photogenic structures in the world for good reason. You can frame it against the surrounding mountains, or capture it rising into the fog which covers the area for most of the week. On a trip to California earlier this year I shot the bridge at every time of day, experimented with capturing the fog in black and white, and took the drone out for some spectacular aerial shots. My favorite image was captured at dawn when the waves were more intense, and I got the greatest color contrast between the bridge and the landscape around it.
